Disney Social Media Moms Celebration
Taking place in 6 venues throughout the Walt Disney World resort, 800 attendees, including top ranked social media experts, enjoyed networking and learning about the Disney company’s new offerings from entertainment, theme parks, films, cruise lines and much more. For the 2nd year, Rob Jones was the producer for this 4-day event, overseeing all entertainment and production aspects for Walt Disney Creative Entertainment. Rob and his production team delivered engaging and surprise moments while incorporating a 65’ wide projection screen with custom content for all presentations during the General Session. For the closing Mother’s Day breakfast, a custom music video sync’d with live singers brought both smiles and tears in a heart warming thank you for all the moms. Boehringer Ingelheim & Pioneer Road
Stage managing is one of the most important roles on a production team for meetings and live events. For this recent conference, Rob Jones fulfilled this role working for Pioneer Road and the 2016 Boehringer Ingelheim IPF National Sales meeting held at the Renaissance Aruba Resort. Responsibilities included calling cues for presenter graphics, videos and an awards dinner with live band playing walk-ons for all winners. The crew was fantastic to work with and a big thank you to Pioneer Road for trusting Rob in this role.

Disney & TAM Airlines reveal new plane
In an airplane hanger located at the international airport in Brasilia, Brazil, the first Walt Disney World Resort themed airplane was revealed to media, local authorities and invited guests. From the time our special hosts addressed the audience to the entrance of Tinker Bell, who magically revealed the plane, our guests were treated to an event like no other. Utilizing traveler curtains, moving light gobos, music and special effects, the audience was presented a very “big” surprise. Walt Disney Creative Entertainment produced the project and overseeing the airplane reveal and all entertainment production aspects was producer, Rob Jones of RJ Productions & Events.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Opening Night Party
For the official film debut, 3,000 guests descended upon the AMC Theaters at Disney Springs to see this long awaited film. Along with their movie ticket, guests were invited to a private after-hours party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It was an honor when Disney Creative Entertainment asked producer Rob Jones to work on this event. Planning for entertainment, signage, crews and all production logistics was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the film’s branding mixed into the Studios to the Star Wars take over of Rock-n-Roller Coaster, this event will be one to top. Pictures can tell more than words so please take a look.
